Yes. Our remedial therapists are registered with all major Australian private health funds. Deep Tissue Remedial bookings come with a qualified tax invoice and provider number for claims — or claim instantly on our HICAPS terminal.
For Traditional Thai we provide clean, loose cotton pyjamas. For Oil, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Pregnancy you lie on the table under a soft linen sheet. Our therapists are highly skilled in professional draping — only the area currently being worked is uncovered. Your privacy is fully respected.
Yes — at booking and again before the session we ask your preference (Gentle / Medium / Firm / Deep Therapeutic). Your therapist checks comfort multiple times. Speak up any time and we'll adjust.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a 50% reservation fee. Running late? We'll do our best to accommodate, but session length may be adjusted to keep the next guest on time.
